Ok....So THAT hurt!!!

6kms - 1 hour, 8 minutes & 24 seconds.

THE CHALLENGE

This time I have decided to break my challenge up into two 50 day challenges.
The first challenge is to cut a significant amount of time off the 68 minutes & 24 seconds. The second will be 12kms & then cutting the time down on that too.

My first 6kms felt great. I thought I did pretty well. There were a few signs showing me that my fitness is not what it was a few weeks ago, one of which being that I was huffing & puffing like an elephant about to give birth....to twins! But also this morning my legs were so so so sore.

I'm not concerned...its a good starting point.

THE FOCUS

The focus for this challenge is to move my body as much as I can. I am NOT going to play the game of being the 'food police' or deprive myself of things that I want.
My goal is to feel good. NO guilt! NO stress! NO pressure!
Getting out & having fun while getting fit, healthy & happy. That's what this is all about.

MIXING IT UP

My ideas of how to move my body so far are:

~Walking
~Jogging (this one will be gradual)
~Tennis
~Pilates/Yoga
~Zumba? (still deciding on this one)
~Dancing (in my disco family room - LOL)
~Park FAR away from RM's school & walk in
~etc etc etc

I am sure I will think of more.

POSITIVE THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

I am coming into alignment with who I want to be & it feels awesome!!!

WHAT I DID FOR ME TODAY...

Today I went & had a lovely lunch with two of my girlfriends. Real chicks who make it easy to be myself!
